Promotional Staff – Panther Promotions (Self-Employed)
Panther Promotions is looking for confident, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our promotional team in Cardiff!
As a Promotional Member, you'll represent some of the hottest bars, clubs, and events in the city, helping to create unforgettable nights out while earning great money on the side. This is perfect for students, creatives, or anyone looking for flexible weekend work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Promote venues and events to the public with energy and enthusiasm
* Distribute flyers, interact with potential customers, and drive footfall to venues
* Engage with people in person and online to generate excitement and awareness
* Represent Panther Promotions and our partner venues in a professional, upbeat manner
* Work with a team during evenings and weekends, mainly Friday and Saturday nights
Pay & Perks:
* £12.25/hour base pay (self-employed)
* Commission bonuses – average earnings of £14–£15/hour
* Paid weekly
* Flexible scheduling – choose which weekends you work
* Work with an experienced, supportive team
