Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales leader to lead sales and drive profitable growth for our Camberley branch of SMB customers and our Enterprise customer base across the UK. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, executing innovative commercial strategies, and ensuring the branch’s profitability and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, inspire, and develop the sales, account management, and commercial teams.
* Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with company objectives.
* AI-Driven Sales & Operations: Champion the adoption and integration of AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and decision-making processes.
* Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
* Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, embedding a digital-first culture and optimizing digital sales channels.
* Client Engagement: Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high retention, low churn, and maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Financial Performance: Support the group IT MD by taking responsibility for contribution to EBITDA for Camberley.
* Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales pipeline, lead on major bids and proposals, and ensure the branch meets or exceeds annual gross profit targets.
Requirements
* In a senior sales leadership role in an IT MSP of £3m-£15m revenue.
* Strong understanding of IT sales to SMB business clients of 11-200 seats, professional services, and service desk operations.
* Strong understanding of IT sales to Enterprise business clients of 201-1000 seats, professional services, and service desk operations.
* Strong track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies and delivering sustained revenue growth.
* Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
