The Account Manager role has been created to provide Nu Vending's client accounts with top level account management to achieve high retention of these clients by managing them closely and providing the optimum solution at all times. Furthermore, the role requires the individual to network effectively within the account base to develop further sales opportunities of additional accounts.

Objectives
* To manage Nu Vending's client accounts with the goal to maximise retention and minimise client & machine losses
* To generate Gross Profit from machine sales by selling renewals, additions and new business to hit GP target as per the assigned pay-plan
* To achieve the Operated Machine Base target as per the assigned pay-plan by minimising losses and adding operated machines to the base
* To effectively account manage all the clients in the Account Manager's territory
Activity, Reporting, Training and Development
* Attending weekly one-on-one meeting with line manager to discuss sales opportunities, client issues, operated machine base position, clients at risk, and any other relevant points
* Presenting business/sales plans on a quarterly basis
* Sending weekly report on performance relating to sales against target and all other KPI's
* Booking and attending at least 10-15 client meetings and 5-10 new business prospect meetings every month as well as follow-up meetings
* All account management and sales activity to be logged in MSD in real-time
Responsibilities
* Attending quarterly meetings with key accounts and providing comprehensive reports
* Taking a proactive account management approach with the objective of securing clients by extending contracts where possible
* Increasing revenue/profit from the account base by taking initiatives to increase vends and optimise pricing across vends, operating and maintenance
* Taking ownership of client queries and complaints in the Account Manager's territory, maintaining communication either over the phone or face-to-face
* Liaising with service and operations departments to optimise client solutions as well as resolving any issues to satisfactory conclusion
* Working with the accounts department to resolve any invoicing/payment issues
* Support sales outreach efforts, including engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and booking client meetings to drive pipeline growth.
* Management of records in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) of clients and prospects
* Assist with the contracting process for renewals and new business, ensuring that terms align with client needs while complying with organisational standards and protocol.
Requirements
* Strong academic background including a degree with a grade of 2:2 or above
* Minimum 2-3 years business to business Account Management experience
* Proven history of achievement whether that be in sports or other activities
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good social skills
* Full UK Driving license

Base Salary Range:
£30k– £35k
Expected Earnings:
£80k+
