We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Tattershall lakes’ Water Sports team. you’ll be part of a team that oversees a range of water activities on our 70-acre water ski lake such as our brand-new Aqua Park, Paddleboarding, Kayaking and Canoeing.

We’re looking for qualified / non-qualified open water lifeguards to take responsibility for the health and safety of our guests and ensure our awesome lakeside activities are promoted and run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
8. Supervision of our guests while Paddle Boarding, Kayaking and Canoeing on our vast beautiful lakes.
9. You will be enthusiastically engaging with our guests, helping them create long lasting holiday memories.
10. Ensuring Health & Safety policies & procedures are being complied with.
11. Delivering our safety briefings.
12. Keeping up to date with all required training.
Specific requirements of successful candidate:
13. Open Water Lifeguard – Desired but not essential as training is available.
14. Be able to swim.
15. Strong communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
16. A friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
17. Current Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) - Desired but not essential as training is available.
