Customer Marketing Executive Responsibilities
* Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple touchpoints, including website, in-store, and digital channels
* Develop and execute a robust activity plan to grow loyalty programme and increase customer spend
* Analyse performance metrics, customer insights and market trends to shape effective campaigns
* Use customer feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the loyalty journey, focusing on engagement, retention and satisfaction
* Manage rewards and offers to ensure they align with customer expectations and deliver value
* Monitor the return on investment for all loyalty activities and share regular performance updates with stakeholders
* Develop and manage and communications calendar for loyalty-related initiatives
* Gather and respond to internal and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements
* Work collaboratively across departments to implement new processes and continuously improve ways of working based on competitor research and team input
* Handle administrative duties such as processing payments and ensuring data is managed securely and ethically
Customer Marketing Executive Skills & Experience
* Solid understanding on customer behaviour and loyalty programme strategies
* Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
* Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities
* Collaborate mindset with the ability to build relationships across various teams
* Familiarity with CRM tools and loyalty platforms is desirable
