Machine Operative Humdinger, Heckington, NG34 9JH Position type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 36 Shift Pattern: 3 on, 4 off covering Monday-Saturday (Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday) 12-hour shifts, 18:00 - 06:00 Pay range: £16.14 Breaks: 3 x 20 minutes paid We're seeking skilled Machine Operatives who are hard working with strong communication skills and the ability to meet manufacturing deadlines within a team environment. Ideally, you will have worked in an FMCG/Food Manufacturing environment previously with proven experience working with machinery. Closing date: Friday 8th May 2026 To assist in the safe, efficient and accurate running of the factory machine such as industrial roasting/ frying machines. Complete process control checks on machinery. Complete various paperwork accurately and neatly. Report breakdowns, working with the Engineering team. Liaise with the quality teams and supervisors regarding any anomalies found whilst operating equipment. Ensure the safety, legality and good standards of the production facility. Role involves manual handling and lifting of ingredients up to 25kg An understanding of food safety - prior training such as Food Safety Level 2 will be beneficial, however, you will also receive this training via Humdinger Machinery experience/mechanical knowledge.
