The Energy Transition is the fundamental shift underway in how we, as a global community, produce, distribute, and consume energy, with the overarching goal of transitioning to a lower carbon future.
Will you be part of the solution? If you are passionate about making a difference in the sector, then join Stantec's industry-leading Energy team in driving the change!
As a result of recent successes and the development of new projects and clients, Stantec is looking to speak with Principal Mechanical Engineers for future opportunities in our Energy & Resources team. These positions can be based in any of our UK offices but ideally should be reachable from the Midlands or Newcastle.
In this role, you will work as part of our Waste and Energy team on a variety of projects including conventional EfW plants, district heating, gasification projects, hydrogen schemes, and biogas production projects.

As designers in the construction, energy, and waste sectors, we prioritize health, safety, and environmental matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
