Responsibilities:
1. Provide design inspiration, ideas, and support to customers.
2. Ask questions, explore possibilities, and recommend the right products and services.
3. Build relationships with customers to understand their dreams.
4. Draw up designs and coordinate the resulting projects.
Requirements:
1. Able to engage with all kinds of people and help them think bigger about their projects.
2. Confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
3. Good problem-solver and project manager with a keen eye for design.
4. Willing to expand skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
5. Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
