Join our team as a Regional OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our OHSE strategy and ensuring compliance across our global Supply Chain!

Principle Accountabilities
1. Advise and collaborate with Cluster Managers, Factory Managers, and OHSE Coordinators on OHSE strategy and performance improvement.
2. Support the Head of OHSE – Global Supply Chain (GSC) in fulfilling the Group OHSE Framework and ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Standards and conduct Governance Cross Audits to meet legal and social responsibilities.
4. Operate in a global matrix environment, providing compliance advice and identifying improvement opportunities.
5. Review regional OHSE KPIs, identify issues, and report progress to the Head of OHSE – GSC.
6. Prepare and lead Regional/Cluster OHSE Coordinator meetings to drive alignment and continual improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
1. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record in OHSE management.
2. Experience with ISO45001 and ISO14001 management systems deployment and accreditation.
3. Strong understanding of risk assessment and prioritization using the Risk Control Hierarchy.
4. In-depth knowledge of OHSE standards and legal requirements within the region.
5. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
6. High level of stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
