About the role
We are seeking a passionate Copywriter to join the Boots Digital Experience team, supporting boots.com/.ie websites. You will utilize your copywriting skills and content management system (CMS) expertise to create assets and pages, delivering an optimal customer experience aligned with our trading and marketing strategies. Your work will span campaigns across category pages, service pages, promotions, hub pages, SEO copy, and more.
Your Responsibilities
* Produce digital copy and build campaign assets for Boots.com UK and ROI, tailored to specific teams (e.g., beauty, healthcare).
* Develop category areas and collaborate with designers, eCommerce teams, and brands to meet marketing and campaign objectives across shop pages, content, and events.
* Ensure all assets adhere to digital copy guidelines and the Boots brand, and are integrated with marketing campaigns.
* Manage digital projects from initial brief to live deployment.
What you’ll need to have
* Experience with a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
* Proven digital copywriting skills, particularly for short-form content on commercial websites.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
* Customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.
* Experience following style guides to maintain a consistent tone of voice.
* Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing promotions, including asset and customer journey updates.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
