Duties
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
* Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
* Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
* Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
* Meet customers face to face
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions based on data.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
