As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll initially support a team of consultants by finding, qualifying, and placing the right candidates for their vacancies. Once fully trained, you'll have the opportunity to progress to a trainee recruiter role, working alongside and being mentored by experienced top performers to develop your skills and apply your education and life skills!
Your responsibilities include initiating contact with schools, introducing our services, and building relationships. Confidence in making calls and engaging in conversations is key. Rest assured, we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responding to daily phone/email inquiries
* Sourcing CVs relevant to individual consultant sectors—primary, secondary, SEN
* Making introductory sales calls to schools
* Working towards daily KPIs and sales revenue targets
* Qualifying and shortlisting candidates for relevant vacancies
* Contributing to team meetings as appropriate
* Managing and operating the CRM system effectively
