Exciting Opportunity: We're hiring- Clinic Manager
We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our two Glasshouse clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow and working towards wider sales targets within the group. The successful candidate will have management experience, ideally in the beauty/healthcare sector and will be required to manage the clinic teams, manage stock and effectively budget. They should be able to inspire and energise the team, be reliable and hardworking and maintain the luxury standards that we are known for as well as initiate and implement strategy to drive growth. The role is based across our two clinics in Clapham and Wimbledon, London, and you will be required to split your time evenly between both locations. From time to time, the successful candidate may also be required to attend meetings at the group flagship office in Harley Street. The role is full time, with some possible limited hybrid working.
The following duties and responsibilities can be expected:
* Oversee daily operations of the two Glasshouse clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
* Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
* Recruit, hire, train and supervise clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel, implementing appropriate systems where necessary
* Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
* Monitor clinic budgets and expenses, and manage procurement of supplies and equipment
* Handle client complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
* Analyse and report on clinic performance metrics to senior management
* Manage in-house stock and retail stock
* Ensure the clinic environment is safe and sanitary, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work alongside the senior management team
Requirements:
* Management experience, ideally in same sector
* A team player who energises and inspires
* A people person: You will be a cohesive figure amongst the team and a capable and trustworthy person to rely on
* A self-starter, seeing initiatives through from conceptualisation to execution
* Excellent command of verbal and written English
* Punctual and reliable
* Organised and diligent
* Professionally presented
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday (40 hrs per week - with willingness to be available on a Saturday if required)
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum depending on experience + discretionary bonus scheme
