As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining medical laser systems across the UK. The role requires basic computer proficiency, excellent planning and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.
We are seeking candidates who are not only technically skilled but also demonstrate loyalty and a commitment to growing alongside our company. If you hold a valid UK driving license with no recorded motoring offences, possess a basic understanding of electrical diagnostics, and have an interest or background in engineering, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and manage service appointments using the company calendar.
* Perform electrical safety tests on medical laser equipment.
* Travel to client sites across England, Wales and Scotland.
* Monitor and respond promptly to emails and client inquiries.
* Install, maintain, and repair medical laser systems.
* Troubleshoot and analyze equipment issues to ensure operational efficiency.
* Address and resolve equipment malfunctions as they arise.

* Highly observant with strong attention to detail.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken (preferably first language).
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Well-presented and professional demeanor.

* Proactive in seeking efficiencies and streamlining operations.
Requirements
