What Youll Be Doing Setting up and operating a conventional horizontal borer Working with lathes, milling machines, and drills Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Machining components to tight tolerances Carrying out self-inspection to ensure high-quality standards Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining workshop organisation What Were Looking For Essential: Proven experience in a machining or engineering environment Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Confident operating a range of machine tools Desirable (but not essential): Experience with SH75 machines Forklift licence Overhead crane experience Strong understanding of machine shop safety What Youll Get in Return Competitive salary (based on experience) Profit-sharing bonus scheme Company pension (5% employer contribution) 32 days holiday Sick pay scheme (after probation) Overtime paid at standard hourly rate MondayFriday working pattern with flexible start/finish times Why Join ?
