Your Role
As a Social Worker with us, you’ll champion the voice of the child and work relationally with families and partners to create lasting, positive change. You’ll play a key part in shaping excellent practice and ensuring children’s experiences are at the heart of every decision.
What You’ll Do
* Make confident, timely decisions grounded in statutory responsibilities
* Lead on Child in Need, Child Protection and Court work
* Build strong, compassionate relationships with children and families
* Communicate clearly, openly and respectfully
* Co‑create effective support plans that meet children’s needs
* Work collaboratively with partners to gain a full picture of each child’s circumstances
* Advocate for children’s voices, rights and lived experiences
* Engage in reflective supervision and take ownership of your practice
* Support and mentor less experienced colleagues, modelling best practice

You are:
* Registered with Social Work England and have post‑qualifying experience
