The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor in Finchley, you will support pupils who struggle with emotional regulation, boundaries, and behaviour management. Many pupils benefit from predictable routines, trusted adult relationships, and clear expectations.
You may support pupils within the classroom, in withdrawal spaces, or during interventions designed to reduce behaviour incidents and improve engagement.
Key Duties
