Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Ipswich
Type: Temporary, Immediate Start
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: £16.92 via Umbrella
A world-leading service provider operating internationally is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist in Ipswich. The ideal candidate should be client-facing, experienced in front-of-house (FOH) environments, and preferably from a facilities background.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming staff and visitors, acting as host to foster excellent relationships (including making refreshments as required)
* Organizing business lunches, conference room bookings, and conference calls
* Maintaining the tidiness of the front of house and regular checks of visitor washrooms
* Managing incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and couriers
* Welcoming delivery drivers and couriers, signing for parcels, and recording deliveries
* Updating telephone listings and liaising with the Service Centre to ensure contact lists are current
* Answering internal calls only
* Providing administrative support to the Service Centre, Finance Teams, or other departments as directed
* Keeping front of house literature up to date and organized
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in customer service and front-of-house roles
* Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, written)
* Well-presented with strong attention to detail
* Highly organized
