Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role hybrid based with visits to head office in Bracknell. The Minor Works Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily construction and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with contractual obligations. The role also involves monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise to ensure successful project delivery.

* Strong skills in project coordination, planning, and team leadership
* Technical understanding of construction processes, including maintenance and refurbishment projects
