PPC Consultant
Location: Middlesbrough (with travel to Edinburgh/London as needed)

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven PPC Consultant to support our fast-growing Paid Media team. Reporting to the Head of PPC, you’ll execute, optimise and scale paid search campaigns for a mix of eCommerce and lead generation clients.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical ability, commercial thinking and a proactive approach to performance improvement. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoy turning data into growth, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Own day-to-day performance for a portfolio of eCommerce and lead-gen accounts.
* Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and competitor reviews to identify growth opportunities.
* Optimise Shopping structures and product feeds (including use of third-party feed tools).
* Test and refine ad copy, bidding strategies, audiences and landing page performance to improve CPA/ROAS.
* Monitor tracking and measurement, supporting best practice across GA4, conversion tracking and GTM.
* Deliver clear client reporting and insights using Looker Studio, translating data into actionable recommendations.
* Stay up to date with platform changes and industry innovation.

A Bit About You
Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years’ PPC experience in a digital agency environment
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Confident using GA4, conversion tracking and Looker Studio
* GTM experience desirable
* Strong understanding of auction dynamics, testing frameworks and performance optimisation
* Experience with feed optimisation tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Channable, Productsup or similar)
* Comfortable managing a varied client portfolio
* Experience managing £10,000+ monthly budgets desirable
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Proactive, accountable and confident owning performance
