Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Technician on behalf of our client based in Bridgwater, Somerset. Our client is recruiting for 2 Production technicians on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the machines run to the specification established by the Technician Department and that the containers are produced to the customers agreed specification also a focus on minimizing downtime and scrap levels.
We are keen to speak to applicants looking for an opportunity within a production environment with a mechanical background. The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have a desire to grow with the company. Strong communication and team working skills is essential.

You will be required to work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern working 12-hour shifts (days and nights). The shifts will be 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.
