Overview
Partnerships Manager role based in Kingston upon Thames, United Kingdom. You will own and grow a curated portfolio of international partners/resellers, drive through-partner sales, and open new logo opportunities through and with the channel for a market-leading HR tech platform.
Responsibilities
* Own & grow a portfolio of high-value reseller/partner accounts to six-figure annual revenue each.
* Activate the channel: run enablement, playbooks, demo/POC support, and partner certifications.
* Drive pipeline through partners: co-sell, co-market, run joint campaigns, and manage deal registration.
* Build joint business plans (JBPs): set targets, QBRs, and track leading indicators across the funnel.
* Recruit & onboard new partners/resellers in priority markets to expand coverage.
* Align internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver compelling GTM motions and pricing packages.
* Forecast accurately and report partner metrics (sourced vs. influenced, win rates, velocity).
What You Bring
* Success in Partnerships/Channel/Alliances or indirect SaaS sales (HRTech or consulting is a plus).
* Track record scaling reseller motions: enablement, co-selling, deal registration, MDF/SPIFs, and program tiers.
* Ability to shift conversations from product-led to value-based solution selling.
* Comfortable navigating global partners and different business cultures.
* Commercially astute, relationship-led, and energized by building from strong foundations.
