HomeServe is recruiting directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in customers' homes, provide industry leading service, and help enhance our reputation while driving customer growth.
To help you settle into your career at HomeServe, you will undertake our extensive training programme.
Training
* Week 1 – Attend HomeServe Head Office in Walsall (Mon‑Fri) for induction, health & safety, and tooling.
* Week 2 – Be buddy‑uped with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer.
* Accommodation and meal allowance for induction will be paid where geographically appropriate.
Requirements
* Level 2 in Plumbing (certificates required).
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience.
* Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proactive, “can do” attitude.
* Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.

Location – Telford.
Full Time – 40 hours per week (includes some weekend, evening, and bank holiday work); Salary – £34,800 – £38,950 (depend on experience) plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in the first year.
