The role: AsResourcing Specialist, you will work with the Recruitment Team to ensure recruitment is executed in an efficient manner and all relevant employment legislation is adhered to. You will provide high quality administration support and customer service in the recruitment and selection process to enable a brilliant candidate experience. What you'll be doing: You will be responsible for advertising roles, coordinatingshortlisting, scheduling interviews, interviewing and coordinatingpre-employment checks. You will also respond to system related queries from HR customers (Candidates, Managers, Business HR, Stores, Agencies etc) and maintaining the e-Recruitment system, tracker and other HR systems. You will support recruitment KPI reporting, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency and support project work / other duties as required. What we're looking for: 2+ years recent recruitment specialist / Coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering high quality service and results Experiencewith recruitment administration and coordinationfor high volume campaigns Good problem-solving skills Customer centric Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build and sustain effective working relationships at all levels Ability to work on own initiative Excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritise Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Nice to have: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
