Job Description:
Our client is a global medical technology company specializing in the development and sale of surgical products and services. Due to their growth, they are seeking a Territory Manager - West Midlands to cover Birmingham, Kettering, Northampton, Warwick, Derby, Droitwich, and Leicester. The successful candidate should stay updated with the client's product portfolio and maintain the brand's high standards. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets for the region.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the territory, focusing on growth and maintaining business in line with regional sales objectives, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote and sell products.
* Conduct training sessions, product trials, and workshops for nurses, theatre practitioners, and surgeons.
* Engage with senior management and key decision-makers.
* Collaborate with other sales team members and the Regional Sales Manager to ensure top-tier customer service across the region. Attend surgeon training meetings and educational conferences.
Candidate profile:
* At least 2 years of surgical sales experience.
* Degree level education, preferably BSc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in delivering presentations using modern media.
* Highly organized, competitive, confident, enthusiastic, with a 'can do' attitude and goal-oriented.
