Project Manager Project Manager opportunity working for a tier 1 main contractor on a flagship scheme in Suffolk. This is a major scheme requiring an experienced Project manager with experience on residential and government contract schemes. This is a £100m mixed use project that will have a variety of construction areas from new build to refurb and looking for a bit of an all-rounder project manager who has delivered projects from start to finish. The ideal Project Manager This is a Project manager role with a tier 1 main contractor so the ideal candidate will have worked for a large main contractor in the past and has experience working on new build resi, commercial or concrete frame schemes. This is a major government funded project so it would be advantageous to have NEC form of contract experience. Looking for a personable project manager who is good at managing teams and ensuring the client and stakeholders ambitions are fulfilled. Responsibilities of Project manager Ensuring projects programme is delivered on time and in budget. work closely with design and commercial team Manage sub-contractors and report into the construction director and PD.
