Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us. We invite you to read the advert below for our new Inventory Replenishment Planner position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you! The role Our Supply Chain team is essential to ensuring our customers receive the Huel they love, on time, every time. In this role, you'll blend analytical thinking with operational expertise to keep our production lines running efficiently and stock levels balanced, directly enhancing the customer experience. As an Inventory Replenishment Planner, you'll play a pivotal role within our UK/EU Product Supply team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless, timely movement of materials and packaging from our storage hubs into our contract manufacturing (Coman) sites. Working in close collaboration with our Production Planning and Global Sourcing teams, you’ll help deliver our promise of 100% finished goods availability by ensuring the right materials are at the right Coman at the right time. Here's an insight into your day-to-day Coordinate Material Flows to Comans: Work closely with the Coman Production Planning team to ensure timely release and movement of materials and packaging from our storage hubs into Coman sites, enabling the OTIF execution of production plans and full finished goods availability. Build Strong Relationships: Develop collaborative working relationships across internal teams (Production Planning, Logistics, Global Sourcing) and external logistics and warehousing partners to ensure materials move efficiently and reliably across the network Problem-Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues (e.g. delivery delays, stock discrepancies, warehouse bottlenecks) to maintain a smooth and responsive materials flow to Comans. A high degree of flexibility to change – Huel is a fast-growing business and new opportunities often arise at short notice, meaning you’ll often be juggling multiple priorities at once! Collaborate for Supply Chain Success: Liaise with our Global Sourcing team (who own material ordering) to understand availability, and with third-party logistics partners to coordinate the physical movement and receipt of materials into Coman sites. System Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure systematic transactions are accurately recorded in Huel’s Planning and Finance systems, supporting visibility, planning accuracy, and issue prevention. Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in material movement and stock utilisation, and work with the team to build scalable, efficient processes to support future growth across new products, sites, or regions What we're looking for in you At Huel, we value individuals who are driven, innovative, and accountable. If you’re excited about delivering exceptional results and collaborating with a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you. Experience: 1 years in supply chain planning, preferably in production/materials planning or logistics within the FMCG sector. A degree in the sector will be beneficial, but isn't essential. Detail-Oriented: Highly organised with a focus on execution; nothing falls through the cracks under your watch. Problem-Solving: Comfortable with ambiguity, you can clearly demonstrate how you have taken ownership of difficult analytical and planning challenges and driven them through to resolution. Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and exceptional communication across teams and with external partners. Able to present recommendations clearly using simple slides that can be understood by all stakeholders. Analytical Mindset: Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret ambiguous situations using data and calculations in innovative ways to clearly explain routes forward. And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you’re all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you’ll fit right in at Huel! What do we offer in return?
