Your Responsibilities

1. You are the contact person for our customers and handle written customer enquiries as well as inbound/outbound telephone calls independently and competently.
2. You inspire with your friendly manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
3. You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening and investment process, right through to basic tax issues.
4. You will follow work instructions to respond to customers who are dealing with a sensitive or complex topic such as complaints, vulnerable customers (TEXAS model, early terminations, IT issues, bereavement, etc.
5. You gain a detailed product knowledge in order to resolve customer enquiries.
6. You ensure customer matters are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.
7. You adhere to our data control principles.
8. You work well alongside a diverse team.

Your Profile

9. Professional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector.
10. You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
11. You demonstrate high attention to detail and focus on priorities.
12. You have proficient MS Office (or google equivalent) and IT skills and are open to learning new programmes.
13. You are flexible and open to a new challenge.
14. You speak and write English at a native-speaker level.
