Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
* Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
* Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
* Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
Qualifications
* Be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
* Have great communication and leadership skills, and the ability to get the best out of people.
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards.
