CAFM Data Administrator

Location: Stirling and Glasgow

Working hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am - 5:00pm - 38.75 per week,

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Your new role

What you’ll do:

1. Keep CAFM (MRI Evolution) data accurate and up to date. Using Facilities IQ would reduce the input of an individual as this becomes partially automated which would be part of the digital team
2. Set up new buildings in the system this is covered currently by digital team, Classification ensuring assets align with the correct PPM schedules.
3. Data Collection gathering raw data from primary and secondary sources such as databases, surveys and internal systems
4. Data Cleaning and preparation ensuring data is accurate complete and consistently formatted for analysis including removing duplicates correcting errors, and managing missing values
5. Data analysis and interpretation by applying statistical methods and analytical techniques to explore the cleaned data
6. Identify trends patterns and anomalies and interpretate their meaning in the context of asset information
7. Create reports to monitor operative activity on MRI Evolution and MRI Go.

What you’ll need:

8. Experience using CAFM software in facilities management (., MRI Evolution/Concept, Maximo).
9. High proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint.
10. Database Query Languages structured to query, retrieve and manage data from relational databases
11. Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements across L8 Water Hygiene, Electrical, Mechanical, and Specialist Services.
12. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
13. Experience creating reports, workflows, or dashboards in CAFM systems
14. Problem-solving knowledge of Python or R for more complex statistical analysis and automation.
15. Critical thinking an inquisitive mindset to question data uncover meaningful patterns
16. Attention to detail, meticulousness to ensure data accuracy and reliability
17. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Who we’re looking for:

As a CAFM Data & Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in data analytics maintaining and improving the quality of information within our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, Using MRI Concept Evolution. You will work closely with operational management teams to ensure contract, building, and asset data is accurate, complete, and compliant with statutory and contractual requirements.

You will support the delivery of planned maintenance by ensuring schedules are correctly configured, data standards are upheld, and compliance-related information is consistently monitored and updated. The role requires strong data management capability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to support the efficient and compliant operation of our facilities management services.
