Qualifications Required
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential childcare, at least 2 years leading and developing managers, minimum 3 years’ multi‑site management experience, proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes

* An experienced senior leader within children’s residential care who can provide strong operational oversight across multiple services.
* Someone who combines commercial awareness with exceptional care leadership.
* Understanding of how to balance quality, safeguarding, occupancy, compliance and growth, whilst keeping children and young people at the centre of everything.
The successful candidate will have
* Significant leadership experience within children’s residential social care
* Multi‑site operational management experience
* Experience leading and developing senior managers
* Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
* Budget management, forecasting and financial accountability experience
* A strong safeguarding mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Experience building external stakeholder relationships to support growth and occupancy
* A full UK driving licence
The Home
This is a regional leadership role overseeing a portfolio of children’s residential services and leaving care provisions across Doncaster, Barnsley, Lincoln and surrounding areas.
The role includes Responsible Individual accountability across the region, alongside supporting growth and development within a second region until further leadership appointments are made.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure existing services perform strongly whilst supporting expansion plans.
