An ambitious Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to help grow its London HNW/UHNW wealth preservation and succession planning offering.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead and build out a sophisticated private client practice within a full-service national platform, supporting HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, and business-owning families.
Key Responsibilities
Advise HNW/UHNW clients on tax-efficient structuring, estate planning & succession
Lead and develop a the private wealth team
Work closely with corporate, real estate and tax teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Contribute to firm-wide strategy and business growth
What They’re Looking For
Partner or Senior private client lawyer with strong HNW/UHNW expertise
Experience handling complex estates, trusts and cross-border matters
Portable client following or strong network within the private wealth space
Commercial, collaborative and relationship-driven mindset
Leadership skills and enthusiasm for mentoring junior lawyers
