Position / Specialty: PICU RN Charge Ratios: 1:3 Shift: 3x12s, 19:00-07:30 nights Years of experience REQ: 2 years exp required (CHARGE EXP REQUIRED - hard stop [will consider Peds Preceptor exp], level II trauma exp required) First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes - up to every weekend. Certs REQ: CO/Compact RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS Is on-call REQ? Yes - 1 mandatory on call per 4-week schedule - rarely happens.
