KS3 & KS4 Cover Supervisor – Chichester, West Sussex

An Ofsted-rated Outstanding, co-educational Church of England Secondary Academy in Chichester is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their supportive team. The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment for students aged 11–16. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting students with SEN or additional needs where required
* Ensuring lessons run smoothly and learning remains engaging and focused
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic school environment and has a genuine passion for supporting young people.
The Ideal Candidate

* Experienced working with secondary-aged students
* Confident supporting SEN students or those with additional needs
* Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in the classroom

* Passionate about education and helping students succeed
Working Hours & Benefits
