We’re working with a global capital markets technology provider in search of a Head of Sales to lead their next phase of growth across Europe and the Middle East. This is a high-impact role owning commercial strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth across a well-established regional footprint.
The candidate will be an experienced leader in enterprise sales, with deep knowledge of Futures & Options and the broader listed derivatives space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and execute regional sales strategy across EMEA
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across Europe and middle east
* Build C-level relationships with institutional clients and drive complex deal cycles
* Shape and manage and sales forecasting
* Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to win and scale client accounts
* Actively contribute to pipeline growth and support your team in closing strategic deals
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in capital markets software sales – ideally SaaS
* Strong Futures & Options product knowledge is essential
* Demonstrated success managing regional teams and scaling revenue
* Comfortable working with long, complex enterprise deal cycles
* Excellent commercial acumen, leadership skills, and communication
* Based in London and happy with 3/4 days/week in the office
Compensation:
£220,000 base + bonus – OTE up to £350,000
