Responsibilities include:
* Providing 2nd/3rd line technical support and IMAC activities via desk visits, walk-ups, or remotely
* Responding to and resolving support calls within SLA
* Escalating unresolved issues appropriately
* Collaborating with Service Desk and infrastructure teams
* Diagnosing and resolving desktop issues, installing hardware and software
* Maintaining documentation and reports
* Updating the Call Management System
* Configuring and maintaining desktop/laptop systems and networks
* Managing multiple cases efficiently
Qualifications and skills:
* Experience in IT support roles
* Microsoft MD-100 and MD-101 certifications, knowledge of Azure AD & Intune
* Strong communication skills
* Customer-focused with good judgement
* Proactive and organized
* Team player with good relationship-building skills
* Analytical troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
