What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle: draft, negotiate, and execute key agreements
* Spot and mitigate commercial and legal risk before it becomes an issue
* Handle contract changes, variations, and claims with precision
* Lead subcontractor negotiations, performance tracking, and dispute resolution
* Keep meticulous records and ensure contract performance stays on track
* Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business
What You’ll Bring:
* A degree in Law, Business, or Supply Chain
* Solid experience in contract management within manufacturing or an industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of UK contract law and commercial principles
* Confident negotiator with top-tier communication and analytical skills
* Proven ability to influence at senior level and navigate complex contracts
* ERP familiarity, procurement experience, or IACCM membership will be an advantage
You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Exec teams,shaping commercial outcomes and safeguarding strategic interests.
