We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Flooring Sales Manager to lead our volume-based sales strategy. This individual will focus on building a dealer network, securing large-scale orders, and driving revenue growth within the commercial and residential building markets.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to transition our business model to volume-based orders.
– Identify and engage potential dealers, contractors, and builders as clients.
– Foster and grow relationships within the construction and contracting industry to secure consistent, large-scale orders.
– Collaborate with our manufacturing team to deliver flooring solutions tailored to client specifications.
– Growth potential to build and lead a sales team as sales volume grows beyond $3 million to support continued expansion.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in flooring sales, with an understanding of products such as hardwood, vinyl, tiles, and sports floors.
– Established network within the building and contractor markets is highly preferred.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to develop and execute a dealer network strategy.
– Experience in recruiting, managing, or mentoring sales professionals is a plus.
