Office Manager - Construction Experience Required! Location: Teddington Town Centre (Office-based) Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Benefits such as 25 days holiday, pension scheme, summer & Christmas socials, networking events Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible hours available) Overview My client is a thriving company based in Teddington, with a growing portfolio of projects across London and the surrounding. With a multicultural team and a collaborative ethos, we're looking for a confident and capable Office Manager to support with their expanding operations. The Role This is a newly created position offering the chance to shape and streamline their office processes. You'll be the central hub of the business, supporting a team of six office staff, liaising with the bookkeepers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and maintain a productive, well-organised environment Manage incoming calls and emails Liaise with bookkeepers and support the finance team with invoicing and expense tracking Assist with HR tasks including onboarding, personnel files, and health & safety compliance Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date Communicate with suppliers and clients, ensuring a professional and patient approach Occasionally visit sites (driving license required) to liaise with team membersExperience & Skills Required Proven experience in office management or senior administration, ideally in construction Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (data handling essential) Familiarity with Buildertrend, Atlas PM, Citation (H&S), BreatheHR, and QuickBooks is a plus Experience in multicultural environments and language skills is advantageousPerks & Practicalities Office-based role in central Teddington with potential parking Easy access via public transport Flexible working hours (option for 8am-4pm) Opportunity to grow with the company as operations expand Office Angels is an employment agency.
