Associate – Contentious Trusts & ProbateCentral London A leading, nationally recognised private wealth disputes team is seeking an Associate to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked Contentious Trusts & Probate team with an outstanding reputation in the market. The team is highly regarded in both Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth rankings and continues to experience significant growth across the UK and internationally.The Role The successful candidate will work on a broad range of high-quality contentious matters, including:
* Trust and estate disputes
* Inheritance Act claims
* Contentious Court of Protection matters
* Complex private wealth disputes
The team advises a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and national charities. In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the team’s London and international presence. Candidate Profile Applications are welcomed from candidates who:
* Have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE (NQ candidates with a relevant contentious private client seat will also be considered)
* Have litigation experience within private client or contentious probate
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service
* Are confident in client-facing situations
