Position: Mental Health Clinician/Clinical or Counselling Psychologist/CBT Therapist
The Emotional Health Service (EHS) is a dynamic team comprising Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists, Systemic Psychotherapists, and Creative Therapists. We operate in specialized roles within Social Care and Schools, with cluster teams based in Richmond (Twickenham) and Kingston (Chessington). Our team is committed to supporting children and young people's emotional wellbeing using the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA).
We are expanding our capacity to support vulnerable groups and are seeking talented professionals to join us in delivering outstanding community services.

* Salary Range: from £42,840 (SCP32) to £49,083 (SCP38)

About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician in the Richmond Cluster, you will be dedicated to improving the mental health of children and young people. You will be part of an established team, with opportunities to provide consultations, assessments, and both individual and group therapy. We encourage creative and innovative service delivery methods and offer various development opportunities, including supervision and line management.

Candidate Profile
We seek a qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, CBT Therapist, or Mental Health Clinician (Band 7 equivalent) committed to child and youth mental health. Essential qualities include:
* Child and youth-centered approach
* HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist
* Experience in CAMHS, working with complex, vulnerable families
* Knowledge of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD
