Overview
Supporting and assisting Clinicians in a variety of orthopaedic Clinics. This will involve different Trauma, elective and spinal outpatient clinics. The main role of the post is to prepare and oversee clinics, this will involve ensuring they are running efficiently, using the resources available, supporting clinicians and anticipating their requirements.
Outpatients is one of our main front doors and is often the only part of the Trust that patients and visitors get to see – so it is vitally important these services are right and we give a good impression as we deliver a high quality efficient and effective service. We may be the start of a journey through the services we provide so it is important that we as a team start that journey in the best way we can.
All patients and visitors attending the outpatient department have the right to warm, comfortable, accessible surroundings, and this is what we all strive to achieve.
