Salary: Grade 3 scale: £25,061 per annum pro rata
Hours: 16 standard hours (Flexibility Required) Contract Status:
Fixed Term to 16th April 2026 with possibility of 6 month extension (pilot project)
Location: Belfast
About the service: The Transitional Mentoring Support service provides support to young people who are care experienced and transitioning from care into independent living. The project aims to provide a successful transition into independent living and further education, training or employment.
