Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with our nationwide restaurant client for their new, well positioned venue in the heart of Edinburgh. Our client is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead and join their exciting, established, kitchen operations at site.
This modern and progressive Asian street food brand have 45+ sites across the UK already.
95% of the food is freshly made on site and the excellent menu is prepped daily, with a variety of techniques used to bring the wonderful flavours of Vietnam to your guests. Experience in Asian food is not required but would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate needs to be a hands-on leader who is extremely passionate about fresh produce along with the willingness to train and develop your team around you.
