We have wonderful opportunity for a full time Activities Co-ordinator to plan, organise, and run a social and recreational activity programme within the Centre and the wider community. This will include directly facilitating activities for patients and involving other staff and volunteers where required.
Blackheath is a 38-bed centre providing specialist person-centred rehabilitation, care, and support for adults with brain injuries and other complex neurological conditions. As in-patients, residents can stay with us for several months, which means keeping them engaged with fun activities is an important part of their rehabilitation journey.
What you'll be working:
* 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
* Flexibility is key - shifts may vary dependent on patient need. Possible shift patterns could include 08:00-16:00/12:00-20:00/14:00-22:00.
* Includes working weekends where required.
Please note a full driving license is essential for this role.
