Hub Box is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer on the beach!
As a Sous Chef, you will:
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are consistently cooked to specification and meet our standards, and that our front-of-house team serves delicious, consistent, and on-spec food to our guests.
* Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
* Coach, mentor, and train the kitchen team.
* Assist the Head Chef with ordering, stock takes, and GP control.
