Overview
Supervisor at De Vere Beaumont Estate - a 429 bedroom hotel in Old Windsor. You will check bedrooms on a daily basis, proactively addressing housekeeping requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will lead by example, fostering a warm culture, building genuine relationships with your team, and empowering colleagues to take pride in their work. You will also support administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts and rotas to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Responsibilities

* Lead by example to foster warmth, recognize colleagues, and build genuine relationships within the team.
* Create a sense of belonging and empower the team to take pride in their work.
* Support administrative tasks including stock orders, laundry counts and staff rotas to ensure smooth department operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role; hotel housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage work schedules to meet operational requirements.
