Step into a pivotal role at Prima Power, a global leader in laser and sheet metal machinery. We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven “Service & Operations Coordinator Assistant” to support our aftersales and engineering teams in delivering outstanding service to our customers across the UK.

Whether you're processing orders, coordinating service interventions, or managing customer data, you'll be helping ensure everything runs like clockwork. What you'll be doing:
• Support the customer journey, from generating quotes and following up on offers to processing orders and confirming delivery timelines.
• Coordinate service interventions – Arrange engineer visits, travel, and parts dispatch for installations or repairs.
• Procure and manage parts – Raise purchase orders, check stock in-house or with suppliers, and keep things moving.
• Keep the back office sharp – Maintain accurate service reports, prepare invoicing worksheets, and handle returns (unused, warranty, refurb).
• Customer invoicing – Timely and accurate billing to keep cashflow strong.
• Database & contract management – Stay on top of warranty terms, maintenance schedules, and customer machine records.
• Inventory & pricing oversight – Keep systems updated and price lists current.
• Support finance – Help with credit recovery processes.

Qualifications:
