Summary
You’ll assist in the delivery and development of a programme of activities and events. By doing so, you’ll help to create an enjoyable experience for everyone that visits and help them understand more about our place.
Salary: 13.25 per hour
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern: 15 hours per week. You'll work 2 days per week from 9-5 with a flexible rota depending on the business need. There will be weekend working too, subject to programming.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Portfolio Visitor Experience Manager, you’ll be part of a small team working at Lavenham Guildhall property with some working across the portfolio at Melford Hall and connecting with the team based at Ickworth Estate.
This role is integral to the delivery of the visitor experience, working alongside staff and volunteers to set visitors up for an amazing experience.
What you'll be doing
Working with the team you'll create and deliver events and activities that bring our place to life for our visitors all year round. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You’ll help link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do. You’ll deliver high standards of presentation on site and ensure all our communications with our visitors around the property is clear and consistent.
You will also support our engagement with audiences by working with our team to plan, create and deliver content for our social media channels.
