The Role
You will manage day-to-day HR administration, ensuring smooth recruitment and compliance processes across teaching and support staff. Duties include:
* Coordinating recruitment campaigns and interview processes
* Managing DBS checks, references and safeguarding compliance
* Maintaining personnel records and HR systems
* Supporting induction and probation processes
* Acting as a point of contact for staff HR queries
